IMPHAL, Oct 18, 2012: In a bid to break the stereotypical view towards persons with disabilities in the state, Education Minister, M Okendro inaugurated a month long 'barrier free poster campaign' at his New Secretariat office here today.



The campaign is being organized by HD Foundation.

 Speaking on the occasion, Minister Okendra said that no one wants to be a persons with disabilities.

However, some of them are excelling in the field of sports and education too.

Therefore, there is no room to consider them as inferior and disabled people should not feel pity about their physical disparity from others.
