INDIA, FEB 27: It is the third incident of discrimination by airlines in less than a week. After Spice jet and Jet airways, Indigo denied ticket to Tony Kurian, a 22-year-old Blind student unless he had an escort or a dog. Indigo has issued a written apology to the 22-year- old.
But is an apology enough for such insensitive behaviour? It's the height of insensitivity. Another airline has now snubbed a passengers with disabilities. After spicejet, go air and jet airways it's now indigo which has denied a ticket to a blind student. |
